A FINE OF 5000 POUNDS FOR TRANSPORTING AND PRESERVING SACRIFICIAL SKINS WITHOUT A PERMIT

Major General Ahmed Rashid, Governor of Giza, issued an order banning the transportation and preservation of sacrificial skins without first obtaining a permit from the competent veterinary authorities. The cost of each permit is 1,000 pounds, and whoever violates the order is fined 5,000 pounds, with the means of transportation being kept at the nearest police station until the fine is paid and the skins and slaughter waste are confiscated.
