A NEW HOTLINE 19588 TO RECEIVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT COMMODITY PRICES
The Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade’s regulatory organizations are stepping up their efforts to resolve market pricing infractions of commodities. Citizens can now complain to the Consumer Protection Agency on their new hotline about the excessive costs of goods as well as stores that don’t follow the rule of posting the price on food items. You can now file a complaint over WhatsApp at 01577779999. The agency also has a webpage where you can do so.
