The Weeknd might give up his well-known character! The Weeknd, real name Abel Tesfaye, revealed in a recent interview with W Magazine that he is prepared to bid his alter ego farewell.
He added that despite his intention to keep creating music, he had come to the point when he was ready to end that chapter of his musical career.
He eventually wants to “kill The Weeknd” since he believes the character has allowed him to say everything he wanted to.
