Ain Shams University inaugurates an archaeological museum, the first of its kind within the Egyptian universities, to be a museum to display real artifacts as part of the educational role of the university with linking the museum to the Saffron Palace and its story. Ensures compliance with safety and security standards for artifacts housed in the museum.
Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, revealed that the aim of the museum is to spread archaeological awareness among university students, explaining that visiting the museum will not be limited to Ain Shams University students only, but researchers and scholars from various Egyptian universities will be allowed to visit it to learn about the artifacts displayed in it, as well as Official visits to the university.
