According to Governor Abdulhamid El-Haggan of Qalyubia, Al Qanater Al Khayriyah has joined the UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities. This program intends to expand the use of digital technology to improve community knowledge and skill development, provide lifelong learning opportunities for everyone, and assist local industry while lowering imports to generate employment possibilities for young.
