Everyone is waiting for the event of the year which is the second edition of the Cairo Drama Festival that will be held in Al Alamein city on August 24th.
The second edition of Cairo Drama Festival celebrates the 60th anniversary of Drama in Egypt and it’s organized by United Media Services Company.
The festival’s jury includes the artist Elham Shahin and the director Gamal Abdel Hamid , Karim Abdel Aziz, and the critic Tarek El Shennawy, and the writer Abdel Rahim Kamal.
The competition will be between 60 series that have been screened in the last Ramadan Marathon and throughout the year.
The second edition has many awards including the audience award, which based on votes, and Best Series, Series, Best Director, Best Comedy and Best Actor and Actress, Best Supporting Actor and Actress, Best New Actor and Actress, Best Author, alongside honoring many celebrities and iconic artists such as Salah AL Saadany.
