Apple decided to update the iPhone 12 in France after the concerns over electromagnetic radiation emitted by the devices.
France had ordered a halt to sales of the device, released in 2020, after finding that the model emitted more electromagnetic waves than permitted.
said France’s digital minister Jean-Noel Barrot ,said: ” Apple has assured me that it will implement an update for the iPhone 12 in the next few days.”
Apple also said in a statement that they will issue a software update for users in France to accommodate the protocol used by French regulators.
