The American University in Cairo Press has released “A Surgeon and a Maverick: The Life and Pioneering Work of Magdi Yacoub” book, which is the first authorized biography of heart surgeon Magdi Yacoub.
The book tells Magdi Yacoub’s life, his success at Cairo University, his career in Britain 1992, and his 2014 awarding.
The biography also includes the challenges and triumphs he faced, and it will be available for everyone in 2024.
