COMEDIAN MOHAMED HENEDY IS MAKING TWO NEW FILMS IN 2023
A sequel to the cherished 1998 comedy “Se’edi Fl Gama’a El Amrekeya” (also known as “The Saedi in the American University in Cairo”), which just had its script finalised by acclaimed writer Medhat El Adl, is being made by famed Egyptian comedian Mohamed Henedy and will be released in 2023.
Henedy’s lengthy filmography still includes the original “Se’edi Fl Gama’a El Amrekeya,” in which he costarred with a group of up-and-coming performers like Mona Zaki, Ghada Adel, and Ahmed El Sakka.
Henedy’s second project is an untitled movie that will be totally filmed in Saudi Arabia. The movie features Henedy taking part in the rapidly developing film industry of the kingdom, albeit details are currently lacking.
