ENJY KIWAN, AN EGYPTIAN ACTRESS, JOINS THE GLOBAL CAST OF THE NETFLIX THRILLER “PARADOX EFFECT”

The Emmy-nominated director and producer Scott Weintrob’s new Netflix thriller, “Paradox Effect,” has added Egyptian actress, model, and presenter Enjy Kiwan to its cast. Kiwan currently resides in Dubai. Alongside American actors Harvey Keitel, Talia Asseraf, and Meredith Mickelson, as well as French-Ukrainian actress Olga Kurylenko, Kiwan will have a prominent role in the film.

In the movie “Paradox Effect,” a lady (Kurilenko) must confront a drug lord (Keitel) who kidnapped her daughter and is holding her prisoner as payment for ransom. She teams up with an unreliable Interpol agent whose son was also kidnapped.
The screenplay was co-written by Sydney-based author Samuel Bartlett, Italian-Canadian director and producer Ferdinando Dell’Omo, and Italian Iervolino. Previous projects by the director include “HOME” for Apple TV+, “Fastest Car” for Netflix, and “Savage x Fenty” for Prime Video.

The action thriller is now in production in the southern port city of Bari, Italy, and is expected to premiere towards the end of the year.
