FOUR DAY WORKING WEEK TRIAL SHOWS HUGE RESULTS
The trial, which encompassed 61 businesses from a range of industries in the United Kingdom, led to higher revenues for the businesses and significantly improved mental health benefits for the workers. The trial lasted six months, from June 2022 to the end of the year, and the businesses were obligated to keep the pay the same.
Almost 39% of the workers reported feeling less stressed, and at least 56 of the 61 employers said they would continue the 4-day working trial in the future.
