The Grand Egyptian Museum will organise activities and tours to test the tourist experience before the building opens, a spokeswoman said on Tuesday.
A select few guests will be able to enter the facility in part. The Hanging Obelix Square in front of the museum, the grand hall, the children’s museum, the immersive hall, the outdoor areas, and the shop and food and beverage outlets will all be accessible to visitors during this phase.
