One of the biggest polyethylene producers in India, Flex, will put 110 million dollars into a new project in the Suez Canal industrial zone. The project will manufacture 30,000 tonnes of plastic per month over a 250,000 square metre area.

Over the following two years, the new project will be developed in two parts, creating over 700 job possibilities. Flex’s entry into Egypt is a strategic move on the part of the business to create a hub for the Middle East and the local markets in the area.
