LARGEST ORGAN TRANSPLANT CENTRE IN THE MIDDLE EAST WILL BE LOCATED IN EGYPT

Written by The Dose Team

The first organ transplant centre in Egypt is opening, and it’s expected to be the biggest in the Middle East.
The centre, which will be located in Nasr City, will house 12,000 operating rooms that all adhere to international health standards and serve as a regional hub for organ transplants.
Despite the fact that organ transplants are frequently a contentious issue in Egypt, the centre will increase Egyptians’ access to the process. The centre is anticipated to reduce waiting lists across the nation, especially since lung transplants will be made available for the first time in Egypt.
