MEZZO SOPRANO FARRAH EL DIBANY AND FRENCH ARTIST ENRICO MACIAS PERFORM LIVE AT SAUDI ARABIA’S ALULA

At the Maraya Concert Hall in AlUla, Saudi Arabia, Egyptian mezzo-soprano Farrah El Dibany and renowned French vocalist Enrico Macias sang a duet.

The outstanding vocalist reached a new high point with the performance, which was a part of the “AlUla Sous Les Etoiles” concert honouring the month of the Francophonie and was aired globally on Tv5monde. El Dibany, the sole Egyptian chosen to perform at the event, performed “Mon Amour/Aranjuez” solo in both French and Arabic and collaborated with Macias on a couplet in Egyptian Arabic. The fact that El Dibany is the first Egyptian to perform with Macias since Dalida, whose classic duet performance of “Bambino” is still relevant over three decades later, made the event even more memorable.
