First Mental Health, Arts, and Media Conference in Egypt is a collaboration between actor and award-winning filmmaker @minaelnaggar and @rakhawyinstitute.
From May 5 to May 7, the “Debate, Educate and Upgrade” conference will be graciously hosted by Mina El Naggar and Khaled Ali’s inaugural touring international short film festival in the MENA area, @medfest.egypt, in the Rakhaway Institute for Training and Research’s Mokattam, Cairo, headquarters.
“The Rakhawy Institute’s association with MEDFEST-Egypt is a significant and pivotal step for the organisation. As the first conference of its kind in Egypt and the Arab world that combines the study of mental health with the arts and media, I am happy to take part. The conference features eminent Egyptian, Arab, and worldwide leaders with expertise in mental health, film, and media, in collaboration with Dr. Mona El-Rakhawy. El Naggar also said.
We are incredibly happy to host a conference of this nature in Egypt, one that seeks to investigate the human condition from the perspectives of wellbeing and health.
