OVER USD 532 MILLION WAS APPROVED BY “EBRD” TO FINANCE EGYPT’S PRIVATE SECTOR

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has approved concessional development financing of more than US$532 million for Egyptian private sector entities. The National Bank will receive 400 million dollars, Banque Misr 100 million dollars, and the Mediterranea Capital fund 30 million euros.

 

Banque Misr financing aims to improve financing for micro, small and medium enterprises in a way that promotes inclusive and sustainable growth.
