Reports announced that Samsung is in the advanced stages of developing a Galaxy Smart Ring, expected to be launched at the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025.
Samsung will offer features similar to other existing smart rings like the “Oura Ring” as it will be capable of performing everything a regular fitness tracker can do, such as monitoring heart rate, tracking sleep, counting steps, and recording workouts, all without a screen.
The delay in the smart ring’s launch is attributed to the device’s development, which is estimated to take approximately eight months, with an additional 12-month period for medical approval.
The smart ring could become a popular choice among consumers looking for a convenient and unobtrusive way to monitor their health and fitness.
