The Jordanian Minister of Culture, Haifaa Al-Najjar, honored the Egyptian journalist, Mona El-Shazly, as a guest of honor at the 37th Jerash Festival for Culture and Arts.
Mona El-Shazly was warmly received by Jordanians inside the southern Roman theater in the historic city of Jerash.
The Jerash Festival administration and the Jordanian Ministry of Culture decided to honor journalist Mona El-Shazly as a guest of honor at the festival, as a tradition that takes place for the first time in the history of Jerash since its establishment in 1983.
