Tutoring centres must now obtain a licence, according to the Ministry of Education and Technical Education. The government is going to put in place a system to make sure that these facilities are held to a high level and maintained secure for the benefit of the kids.
Dr. Reda Hegazy, Egypt’s Minister of Education, has disclosed that households pay EGP 47 billion annually for public and private tutoring facilities.
The government will also provide support groups with top-notch educational services in an effort to further reduce the load on Egyptian families wanting to provide extracurricular education for their children. Teachers in these groups will be paid at the end of each session rather than at the end of the month as is customary.
