YASMIN RAEIS IS A MEMBER OF THE OFFICIAL COMPETITION JURY AT ASWAN INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S FILM FESTIVAL
The star, Yasmin Raeis, is participating as a member of the official competition jury within the activities of the seventh session of the Aswan International Women’s Film Festival, which is scheduled to be held from 5 to 10 March next.
The Aswan Women’s Film Festival is the first annual Egyptian film festival to focus on cinematic works that represent women’s issues, celebrate their success stories and support female filmmakers in Egypt and the Arab world.
Recently, Yasmin Raeis latest movie with the star Karim Fahmi, “Ana Lahabibi”, has been released in theaters, which revolves around a romantic love story experienced by Laila (Yasmin Raeis), but she is facing many difficulties in order to continue this relationship.
Also, the movie includes several talented and big actors such as Sawsan Badr, Bayoumi Fouad and Mohamed El Sharnoubi. The story of the movie is written by Mahmoud Zahran and directed by Hadi El Bagoury.
Raeis is a star distinguished by her different characters. She competed in the Egyptian cinema with the movie “Les Baghdad”, whose revenues exceeded 33 million Egyptian pounds, as well as her movies, “Balash Tebosni”, “El Sheikh Jackson”.
Also, her romantic movie “Hebta Al Mohadra Al Akhira”, which is considered the highest-grossing Egyptian romantic movie. Raeis collaborated with the star Ahmed Helmy in the movie “Made in Egypt”, as well as her first cinematic starring in “Fatat El Masnaa'”, with the director Muhammad Khan.
Yasmin presented many successful dramas, including the series “Molook Al Gadaa’ana”, which competed in the Ramadan 2021 season, and occupied Google and Twitter more than once during its episodes, along with other works such as “Ana Shahira, Ana Al Kha’en”. She achieved great success in her latest series, 60 Minutes, which was shown exclusively on the Shahid VIP platform. She participated in the Riyadh Season with her first theatrical experiences, with Raya and Sakina’s Descendants. She also recently had two films, “Qamar 14” and “Khetet Mazenger”
